Dan D’Agostino creates Momentum monoblock amplifier – Clean looks and $42k

Noted designer Dan D’Agostino has turned his considerable talents to the realm of home speakers. His first design is is the Momentum monoblock amplifier. It features a distinctive design with a no-fasteners look inspired by the clean design of the iPhone and iPad. It’s all assembled from the bottom so nothing is visible from above or from the sides. The 28 output transistors used on the Momentum run at 69 MHz, which is really fast. Every Momentum is hand-built and is priced at $42,000.
